Hospitals, GPs and Dentists alone receive around 800 comments per quarter (4,000 issues) for a typical Local Authority or Borough area.

Local Feedback

The service also accepts third-party feedback, such as provider complaints or compliments, or topical reports and research. Again – this does not need to be in a particular format.
Data Processing (Coding)
We code all of your data, and our matrix uses a three-dimensional model - to make the very most of each view or experience.
As with all other taxonomies, it identifies issues. Unlike other taxonomies, the system additionally 'slots the issue' into a care pathway location.
There are eight unique pathway locations (transport, reception, diagnosis/testing, clinical treatment, nursing care, discharge, follow-on, community) and thanks to these, we can follow patients, families and carers through their journey – from admission to discharge, and beyond.
Trends Analysis Reporting
We supply routine quarterly reports - on all feedback received (main report and dashboard), GPs (main report and dashboard) along with separate reports for each PCN, plus a main report for local hospitals (with department breakdown).
